“To question ‘what is lost and what is found’ becomes particularly prescient during a world pandemic. Jenna Lash’s paintings explore the iconography of currency. She re-interprets money to investigate how value is assigned, and the global images she uses become metaphor through her visual framework. In a larger sense, her work is about humanity’s challenge to live and work together.”
